What is OSHLive?
OSHLive puts human interaction back at the centre of the elearning process, not computers! OSHLive sessions use leading technology in order to allow you to participate in a truly interactive learning experience. Not the interaction of "clicking" or "scrolling", but of interpersonal communication, live, voice-based conversation, and the learning that comes from interacting with other people around a common subject.

Combining the technology of today's "web" and the focused learning of a "seminar", the resulting idea is called a "webinar" - training sessions with targeted, practical content brought right to you, wherever you can access the internet. With full client support, the InterWise platform enables a high degree of interpersonal interaction using:

• discussing relevant web pages while "surfing"

When joining a session, please ensure you have a headset with microphone and earphones properly connected to your computer's audio input/output jacks. Make sure any switches are turned to the "On" position and any "Mute" switches are deactivated.

The Sessions
Each session is designed by qualified, experienced professionals who are deeply inspired to engage others in the learning process. Having a running time of approximately 90 minutes, the sessions will enable you to interact with the instructor and your fellow learners because you will actually be with them in real-time! A wide range of learning activities will guide you to increased confidence, skill and knowledge in your workplace OSH competencies. You will receive a printable certificate of attendance for every webinar you attend.

The Format
Although each webinar session is designed to be a stand alone topic, the sessions are also part of a larger series which has been compiled thematically based on the essential skills and knowledge you need to excel as an OSH practitioner. This gives you the flexibility to choose either stand alone sessions, or complete, themed certificates.

Credit
Since the learning outcomes of the webinars are based on our accredited, award-winning curriculum, your attendance in the OSHLive sessions will qualify you for transfer credit into our formal, professional development programs. This is a true value-add that we are very pleased to offer you!
